The core business is the monitoring and analysis of printed press, online, social media, radio and television: with more than 3.800 newspapers and magazines, »OBSERVER« has the most comprehensive national media sample in the industry.
International media monitoring in over 100 countries is covered in cooperation with 50 partners from all over the world. »OBSERVER« takes care of the complete handling of the international clipping management. The customer thus has the advantage of a single contact person and saves valuable time and costs. All international content is streamlined into the online ClipManager as a one-stop-shop database.
Alternatively the clippings can be streamlined and transmitted in standardized formates (XML, RSS, JSON etc.) to meet the individual requirements of each customer.
